What's new in Flash Player 10.1 and AIR 2

"According to the Adobe Flash team’s blog, the new Flash Player 10.1 will boast better performance and power management, as well as improvements to video.
The player will also have multi-touch and private browsing capabilities.
On the Mac side of things, Paul Betlem in the Flash Team blog said Mac performance was “an explicit focus”, and that the new Flash Player will see all-round performance improvements-- from more efficient CPU utilisation to faster video playback."

Checking out the Rails 3 Beta @sitepoint

The beta version of Ruby on Rails 3.0 was released back in February. It’s the result of the merging of the Rails project with Merb (another Ruby-based MVC framework), as well as a ton of bug fixes, performance enhancements, and new features.
